BANGLADESH - Dhaka Power Distribution Company (DPDC)
   Interested Applicants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experiences to perform the Services. The short-listing criteria are:
i. Presentation of the Consultancy firm: general presentation/experience, scope of activities, description of human resources, organogram etc.;
ii. Experience in similar projects of compatible size, complexity and technical specialty in the required area. Determination of the similarity of the experiences will be based on:
• The contracts size;
• The nature of the Services : Experience in the last 10 years in Technical Document Review in below mentioned technical area & experties, work supervision and Capacity Building & Communication Campaign.
• The technical area and expertise: Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) / Distribution Management Systems (DMS) / Outage Management System (OMS) / Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)/ Substation Automation System (SAS)/ Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI)/ Geographic Information Systems (GIS);
• The location: experience in South Asia in the energy Sector, preferably in Bangladesh, for tender evaluation, procurement process and works monitoring and supervision of Power distribution system projects in the last 10 years.
iii. The Client will also take into account for the evaluation of the applications the following items:
• Skills and availability of in-house technical back-up experts provided to the on-site expert. Applicants should be aware that permanent staff of the Consulting Firm / JV members will represent an added value for Key Staff at bidding (RFP) stage;
• Local representatives/partners;
• Quality assurance procedures and certifications of the Applicant –ISO 9001 or environmental and social certification.
