   Average Annual Turnover: The minimum annual average construction turnover shall be Euro 45 (forty - five) million in the last 5 years.

Financial Capabilities: Access to financial means sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements estimated as Euro 8 (eight) million for the subject contract net of the Bidder’s other commitments.

Contracts of Similar Size and Nature:
• Participation in at least one Reference Contract, comprising civil works in water sector that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed by the Bidder as a prime contractor, joint venture member, management contractor or subcontractor within the last 10 years prior to the bid submission date, wherein the Bidder’s participation exceeds Euro 50 million.
• Participation in at least two Reference Contracts that have been successfully or substantially completed within the last 10 years prior to the bid submission date, where scope of works under each contract includes management and supervision of procurement and supply, installation, testing, disinfection, pre- commissioning and commissioning of more than 10 km of pipeline for potable water supply in carriageways and where at least one contract shall have used minimum 5km of ductile iron pipe of minimum diameter DN1200.
• Two Reference Contracts, each that were completed within 10 years of the date for submission of bids each including design and construction of tunneled crossings of major water courses or utilities including motorways or railway tracks (each using either a slurry or earth pressure balance-based system); and whose scope shall have included construction of shafts of rectangular or circular form with a minimum outside dimension greater than 4m and depth greater than 6m and tunnel drives of finished internal diameter greater than 1200mm and length greater than 20m.
