notice_summary_english: The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of medical equipment as part of the implementation of the project titled: "Retrofitting the Provincial Hospital in Kielce with medical equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with oncological diseases" for the needs of the Operating Theater and the Diagnostic Imaging Department, i.e.: Operating table - 1 set, Set of surgical tools - 3 sets, ultrasound - 5 sets. The subject of the order must meet the requirements of the "Do No Serious Harm" (DNSH - Do No Significant Harm) principle, in accordance with Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of 18 June 2020. This rule applies in connection with the financing of the contract under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). The DNSH principle means that at no stage of the order execution - from production, through delivery, use, to possible disposal - can there be any serious harm to the EU's environmental objectives, i.e.: Mitigation of climate change, Adaptation to climate change, Sustainable management of water and marine resources, Circular economy (Circular Economy), Pollution prevention and control, Protection of biodiversity and ecosystems. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantity is specified in Annex No. 2.1-2.6 to the SWZ - list of technical and functional parameters, according to Package No. 1-6. Information on the principles of delivery, guarantee and remuneration is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (applies to Package No. 1, 3-6) and Annex No. 3a (applies to Package No. 2) - draft provisions of the public procurement contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to appropriately modify the draft provisions of the public procurement contract in the event that one contractor is awarded a public contract for more than one task of this procedure.
