contract to supply travel services. it is envisaged that the contract
will be for a 2-year period with an option to extend for a further year.

SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION

III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required: The contracting authority
reserve the right to require any deposits, guarantees, bonds, insurance
or similar protections which it in its absolute discretion requires.

itself to accept any tender and reserves the right to cancel the
tendering process at any point.
Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in sterling and all
payments made in relation to the services will be made in sterling.
Any agreement entered into will be considered as a contract made in
England according to English law and will be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English courts.
The contracting authority is not liable for any costs incurred by those
expressing an interest in or tendering for this contract opportunity.
The successful tenderer will be required to give an undertaking that it
will comply with UK and EC legislation on health and safety at work and
race and sex discrimination.
Compliance with all relevant legislation is required, both in the
contract award procedure and during the term of any resulting contract.
The University is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information
(FOI) Act. If the tender considers that any information supplied by him,
is either commercially sensitive or confidential in nature, this should
be highlighted and the reasons for its sensitivity given. In such cases,
the relevant material will in response to FOI requests be examined in the
